Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes! All our products are printed and customized based on the exact design you select or upload.
Please note that slight color variations may occur due to different screen settings, but the quality and design will always match your order.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once your order is confirmed, you will automatically receive an email with your sales receipt and order details.
You can also log into your ZAZLOOZ account → Orders to view or download your receipt at any time.

How can I return an item?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at whatsapp.
Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or printing errors.
Custom-made items cannot be returned unless there is a mistake from our side.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes, we regularly restock our most popular designs.
If a product is out of stock, you can click the “Whatsapp bubel” contact us to know when it will be available again.

Where can I ship my order?

We currently ship across Morocco and selected international destinations.
During checkout, simply enter your address to see available delivery options for your area.

How does delivery work?

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after confirmation.
Delivery time depends on your location:

Morocco: 2–7 business days

International: 7–15 business days
You’ll receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.
We partner with trusted couriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
